The 2 BHK flats have good built-up areas, with options from 872 to 1033 square feet. I chose a 900 square feet one. The natural ventilation is a significant advantage, making the living space feel more pleasant. It’s also great that D. A. V. School and Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital are only 1 kilometer away, which is very convenient for errands or emergencies. The two-way approach to the property is also a nice feature, adding to the ease of access. The price range of 89.22 Lakh to 1.05 Crore felt reasonable for the amenities and location.

As a single woman, safety and convenience were my top priorities. Shrusti Venus in Velachery offeready-to-move 2 BHK flats, which I found appealing. I opted for a 950 square feet unit. The location is fantastic; it's a short 1-kilometer drive to Prashanth Super Speciality Hospital and D. A. V. School, making daily life very convenient. The natural ventilation is also a plus, making the apartment feel airy. My main concern is the parking. It seems a bit tight, and I worry about maneuvering my car easily, especially during peak houwhen traffic can be heavy on the main roads leading to Gangai Nagar. The price was within my budget though.
