Having retired, I wanted a peaceful place in Chennai, and Malles Arcadiaa offered a blend of convenience and comfort. The project is in Velachery, a well-connected locality. I own a 3 BHK flat here, which is quite spacious, measuring over 1100 square feet. The ready-to-move status was ideal. The development includes a good number of amenities, such as landscaped gardens and a recreation facility, plus a creche which is helpful for families. The price for my unit was in the upper range, around 95 Lakh, which I felt was a bit high for a 2010 project. Also, the OC received status is not available, which is a slight worry. Still, the overall environment is pleasant and close to daily conveniences.
