We are looking at a plot size of approximately 840 sq.ft. The developer has included necessary facilities like internal roads and footpaths. The location on Hingna Road is developing, and it's good to know that SHALINITAI MEGHE HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTER WANADONGRI, NAGPUR is nearby. The Lokmanya Nagar Metro Station is also accessible at nearby. Our main worry is the traffic on Hingna Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested.
