We got a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of 1000 square feet. It feels spacious enough for us and our future plans. The location in JP Nagar Phase 4 is convenient. Being close to ORCHIDS The International School, nearby, is a major advantage for us. The initial price was a bit of a stretch for our budget, but we managed. We haven't received the Occupancy Certificate yet, which is a bit of a concern, but the possession date was back in June 2013 so it should be sorted soon. Overall, it’s a decent upgrade.

The only slight drawback is that the 7th Main Road Bus Stop is nearby, so sometimes it’s a bit of a walk.
