The location in Thergaon is strategically placed near NH48, offering good connectivity. Being close to Elpro International School (0 KM) is a significant advantage for families. While the developer, Shrinivas DevelopePune, has a reasonable track record, I did notice that the internal roads within the society could be better maintained. However, the practical layout of the apartments and the overall connectivity outweigh this minor issue for me.

The connectivity via NH48 is also good for our commutes. Shrinivas DevelopePune has built a functional space. One thing we noticed is that the common areas, especially the lift lobbies, could be a bit more spacious. Otherwise, it’s a practical choice for a family.
