I bought a 1 BHK flat, which is 550 square feet built up. It was ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. The proximity to GOOD MORNING Super-Speciality Hospital, just 1.4 kilometeaway, is extremely convenient for my work. Pote Developecompleted this project quite some time ago, back in 2006. While the location is great, I am a little concerned about the noise levels from the nearby Audi Ravat BTroad, especially at night. However, the convenience for work outweighs this for now.
