We liked the idea of energy management and solid waste disposal systems. The project is being developed by Shrinath Buildcon in Ramol, Ahmedabad, and is expected to be completed by September 2028. The location in South East Ahmedabad is convenient, but the traffic around Vinzol can be quite heavy during peak commuting times, which is a bit of a concern for our daily drive to work. We also noted the Vastral Gam Metro Station is 2.6 kilometeaway, which is a plus. Overall, it seems like a good deal for the price point we are expecting.
