  We purchased a 2 BHK unit here at Keshavpriya Sahaj Greens a while back. The built-up area is spacious, around 900 square feet, which is perfect for our family. It was completed in June 2015, and it has been a steady property. The proximity to Vastral Gam Metro Station, about 2.8 kilometeaway, is a significant advantage for daily travel and connectivity across Ahmedabad. Keshavpriya Corp Private Limited seems to have a decent track record. The only thing is that the surrounding area can get quite dusty sometimes, especially during construction periods nearby. But generally, it's a good value.

  I moved into Keshavpriya Sahaj Greens about six months ago. The 1 BHK flat is a good size for me, around 630 square feet, and feels quite cozy. Being ready to move was a huge plus, I didn't want to wait long. The location in Ramol, New Maninagar is convenient for my commute, and I like that the Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School is right next door. Water supply has been consistent, which is a relief. My only slight issue is that during peak hou, traffic can get a bit heavy getting onto the main roads. Overall, it's a peaceful place to live.

  I bought a 1 BHK flat at Keshavpriya Sahaj Greens primarily for its practical layout and the builder's reputation. The 630 square feet built-up area is sufficient for a single peon. It was ready for possession and the completion date was June 2015, so it's an established property. The location in Ramol, New Maninagar is quite accessible, and having a school right at the dootep is a bonus, though I don't have children. The consistent water supply is a definite plus point for any resident. Parking can sometimes be a bit challenging during evenings when most residents return.
