It was ready for possession and the completion date was June 2015, so it's an established property. The location in Ramol, New Maninagar is quite accessible, and having a school right at the dootep is a bonus, though I don't have children. The consistent water supply is a definite plus point for any resident. Parking can sometimes be a bit challenging during evenings when most residents return.
