The ready-to-move status was attractive for immediate rental income potential. The carpet area for the 3 BHK flats, ranging from 979 to 1000 sq.ft, is decent for the market. Hahal Hanumante Buildeand DevelopePvt. Ltd. Seems to have focused on basic amenities like landscaping and electrical infrastructure. My main concern is the lack of readily available pricing information, which makes it harder to gauge the immediate return on investment compared to the market. However, the area is developing, which is a positive sign.

We finally moved into our new 3 BHK flat at Shri Sai Residency after renting for so long. The carpet area is around 979 sq.ft, which feels much more spacious than our old place. It’s great being so close to Delhi Public School Nashik; my commute is now just a few minutes. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are quite nice, making it feel peaceful.
