We needed a home close to Delhi Public School for our children, and Akar Construction delivered. It's right there, 0 kilometeaway, which is a lifesaver for us. Having Namco Hospital also at the same distance is reassuring for any emergencies. The flat is ready to move in, which meant we didn't have to wait long after booking. The 24x7 water supply is a basic necessity that they have covered. We did look at the electrical meter room setup and it seemed adequate. The roads around Mhasrul Gaon are decent, though sometimes during monsoons, the Waravandi Road can get a little tricky to navigate. Overall, Akar Construction has provided a convenient living space for families.
