Podar International School and Nandadeep Eye Hospital are just zero kilometeaway, which is incredibly convenient. I purchased a 1 BHK flat, which has a carpet area of 555 square feet. It feels spacious enough for my needs. The developer, Shri Datta Sai Develope, seems to have provided good civic amenities. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus point. Parking is closed car parking, which is good. Overall, the project seems well-placed and the flat is comfortable. I am happy with the purchase.
