As teache, we value proximity to educational institutions, and Podar International School being so close is a huge benefit. Aster Aadhar Hospital nearby also adds to the convenience. Trinity Buildeand Developehave a presence here, and we heard good things about their timely delivery in past projects, though we did not get specific completion dates here. The main issue for us is the parking space, which seems quite limited, especially if we have guests over. The walk to the Saneguruji Vasahat Bus Station takes about 6 minutes, which is acceptable.
