  We chose Shri Parasnath Morning County primarily for its location convenience for our children. ORCHIDS The International School is nearby, making the commute manageable. The 2 BHK flat is 850 square feet built-up, which works for our family of three. It is ready to move, and we appreciated that. The building has essential amenities like a lift and 24x7 water supply. We booked it for around 27.2 Lakhs. The developer, Shri Parasnath Properties, has completed the project as per schedule. One thing we noticed is the traffic on Koradi Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a nuisance. Faras Bus Stop is also quite close, just a 5-minute walk.

The price point of 27.2 Lakhs was within my budget, and it's ready to move in, which was a priority. The amenities include car parking and 24x7 water supply, which are essential. The location on Koradi Road, near the Koradi Naka, is developing, and it's good that Max Super Speciality Hospital is nearby. The developer, Shri Parasnath Properties, seems professional. My only hesitation is the lack of an Occupancy Certificate (OC), which makes me a little nervous as a fit-time buyer, but it's a solid unit otherwise.

The key reason for choosing this project by Shri Parasnath Properties was its ready-to-move status and the amenities like 24x7 CCTV surveillance and lift. My parents don't have to worry about maintenance much. The flat size is 850 square feet built-up area. Hospitals like Max Super Speciality are nearby, which is convenient for them. The only slight concern is that the OC status is not available, which is something they should ideally have. Otherwise, it seems like a comfortable home for my parents.

Also, the proximity to SH260 and NH69 being nearby means a short drive for highway access.
