We chose Shri Parasnath Morning County primarily for its location convenience for our children. ORCHIDS The International School is nearby, making the commute manageable. The 2 BHK flat is 850 square feet built-up, which works for our family of three. It is ready to move, and we appreciated that. The building has essential amenities like a lift and 24x7 water supply. We booked it for around 27.2 Lakhs. The developer, Shri Parasnath Properties, has completed the project as per schedule. One thing we noticed is the traffic on Koradi Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a nuisance. Faras Bus Stop is also quite close, just a 5-minute walk.
