We liked the 2 BHK flat size, the built-up area is 628 square feet which feels spacious enough for two people and our cat. The construction was completed in March 2022, and it's ready to move in, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The developer, Shri Gurukrupa Construction, seems to have a decent track record. We are happy with the 24/7 water supply and the power backup is reassuring. The only minor issue is that the traffic on Jawaharlal Nehru Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but that's expected in this part of the city.
