The proximity to Jehangir Hospital, nearby, was a major factor in my decision. The entrance lobby looks nice and the landscaping is well done. Water supply has been consistent so far. My only slight concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, but that's common in many Pune areas. Overall, it serves my purpose well.
