We liked that it's ready to move, which means we don't have to wait long. The plot sizes are decent, we are looking at the 777 Sq.ft one. Access to Dehu-Alandi Road is good at nearby, and the Pune-Nashik Highway is also not too far, nearby. The developer, Shri Balaji PromoteAnd Develope, seems to have basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and street lighting which is important. The only thing is the PCMC Metro station is quite far at nearby, which might be inconvenient later. Overall, it meets our immediate needs for a starter property.
