We are buying a 3 BHK flat in Shri Balaji Heights V. The size is around 1300 Sq.ft, which is sufficient for our family. The price of 58 Lakhs was attractive. The project is located in Vaishali Nagar Extension and is under construction. We checked out the amenities like 24X7 Water Supply and Partial Power Backup, which are essential. The proximity to Mansarovar Metro Station at nearby is a big advantage for commuting. While the project looks promising, the lack of an OC received and unknown completion date does create some anxiety. We are hoping for a smooth process.
