It was completed in October 2023 and is ready to move in, which was perfect for our schedule. Panache Buildtech LLP P included a fantastic children's play area and a kid's pool, which our children absolutely love. The price starting from 1.5 Crore onwards was acceptable for such a family-friendly location and project. The 24x7 water supply is also a big relief for a family.
