My father likes the idea of the gymnasium and my mother is looking forward to using the swimming pool. The developer, Shreya Homes Pvt. Ltd., seems to have a good track record. I've heard the maintenance staff is quite responsive. The only slight concern is that the nearest metro station is nearby, so they will need to rely on taxis or a peonal vehicle for longer distances. Overall, it provides a comfortable living space for them.
