The price around 45.5 Lakh was within our budget for a ready-to-move property. Shrey Construction built this complex. Having a children's play area and landscaping makes it feel more like a home. It's nice that they have rainwater harvesting and water conservation systems in place. Orchid Speciality Hospital being nearby is also convenient. The surrounding area can get a bit dusty due to ongoing development nearby, but it's manageable.
