My parents will be living here, so the location in Bhowanipore, Kolkata, was very important. Shreepati Griham is situated well, close to St. Lawrence High School and BM Birla Heart Hospital, both within walking distance. This makes it convenient for their daily needs and emergencies. Griham Properties is developing this project, and it's currently under construction with a March 2026 completion date. We picked a 3 BHK unit which is around 1300 Sq.ft. The price was around 1.5 Crore. I liked that they have included a Children's Play Area and Recreation Facilities, though my parents might not use them much, it adds to the property value. I am a bit worried about the maintenance charges later, but the builder seems to have good systems like Solid Waste Management and Disposal in place.

I found a unit that fit my budget, costing about 1.55 Crore. The project is under construction by Griham Properties and is scheduled for completion in March 2026. I was impressed with the amenities like 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and a Fire Fighting System, which make me feel secure. It's also nice that they have included Electrification with Transformer and Solar Energy options. The nearby roads like AJC Bose Road and SP Mukherjee Road are easily accessible, which is great for commuting. My only minor concern is the dust from the ongoing construction, but that's expected.

The project is under construction and expected to finish by March 2026. The central location is fantastic, with St. Lawrence High School also within walking distance, which is good for my family. They are providing necessary amenities like Water Conservation and Rainwater Harvesting systems. My only worry is that the nearby roads can get quite congested, especially during visiting houat the hospital.
