I acquired a 2 BHK unit in Shreenathji Lakshya Meadow in Sama, Vadodara, primarily as an investment. The carpet area is around 676 to 696 square feet. The project by Shreenathji Enterprise is ready to move in, having been completed in March 2019. This offeimmediate rental potential. The location in Sama is an area with potential for appreciation. While the base amenities like car parking and water supply are present, the project lacks more premium facilities that some newer constructions offer. The approach road, which is a narrow lane for about 200 mete, could be a deterrent for some tenants. However, given the reasonable entry point for such properties in Vadodara, I see it as a decent long-term investment.

The main drawback is the approach road; it could be better maintained and gets dusty during dry weather. But considering the space and ready possession, we are happy.
