The landscaped gardens and tree plantation are quite nice, making it feel serene. We purchased a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of 1175 square feet, which is comfortable for us. The location on Savli Road is decent, although getting onto the main highway can sometimes involve a bit of traffic. The project is ready to move in, which was a major factor for us. The swimming pool is also a good amenity to have. Overall, it’s a pleasant community, and the Unity Infra team has been cooperative so far.
