It's ready to move in, which was a big relief for us as we didn't want to wait long. The price was around 75 Lakhs, which seemed reasonable for Ahmedabad, especially for a place this size. Shreenath Developehave a good reputation locally. The location in Motera is decent, close enough to the Gandhinagar Highway, making commutes easier. We are still exploring the area but happy with the initial experience. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus. We are looking forward to settling in and making it our own.
