The developer, Swagat Group, has maintained the property well over the yeaI particularly enjoy the basketball and badminton courts available within the complex. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, which is a basic necessity. While the property is ready to move, I find the parking a bit challenging sometimes, especially when guests visit. Otherwise, the community atmosphere is pleasant.
