    We bought a plot here at Shreemukh Vasavi Ayatana mainly for the future. The area is developing, and we got a plot size of 1323 Sq.ft. It’s enough for us to build a smaller house. My wife liked the idea of landscaping and tree planting throughout the community. They also have recreation facilities which will be good for the kids once they start living there. The project is ready to move, which means we can start planning the construction soon. However, since it's still developing, there is some dust around from ongoing construction in nearby areas. Also, the access road is not the best right now.
