The two basement levels for parking are also a significant advantage, especially in Ahmedabad. My main concern is the actual completion date, March 2029, which feels a little far off. While the project looks solid on paper, I'd want to see more tangible progress before making a final decision. It's still under construction.

The 3 BHK flats are quite large, around 2070 square feet built up, which is more than enough space for us right now. The location in Nana Chiloda is growing, and it's pretty close to the SP Ring Road East, which is convenient for commuting. They have a yoga and meditation area and also a banquet hall, which might be useful for family functions. The price starts at 62 Lakh, which felt a bit high for the area but the space compensates for it. Still under construction, expected completion is March 2029.

My kids won't have to travel far at all, which is a huge relief. Shalby Hospital is also right there. The project by Balraj Developeoffe3 BHK configurations with a good built-up area of 2070 Sq.ft. We liked the idea of the children's play area and the landscaping. The pricing starts from 62 Lakh. My only worry is the ongoing construction; it might get noisy and dusty for a while until March 2029 when it's supposed to be finished. Other than that, it looks promising.
