We liked the idea of rain water harvesting and water conservation being included. The only small issue is the parking, which is closed car parking and might be a bit tight. The built-up area is spacious, around 1200 Sq.ft. Shreeji Corporation has included excellent amenities like a swimming pool, a senior citizen siteout, and 24x7 water supply. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by December 2026. We also liked the fire sprinkleand solid waste management systems. The overall plan seems very family-friendly.
