The area is Vastral, close to the S P Ring Road, providing decent connectivity. The price was around 42 Lakh. I appreciate the inclusion of essential amenities like 24X7 water supply and a fire fighting system. The children's play area is a nice touch for families. My main concern is the traffic on the S P Ring Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. However, the proximity to the metro station is a big advantage. The builder delivered the project by December 2023.

The location in Vastral on S P Ring Road is good, and it's very close to the Vastral Gam Metro Station, which is convenient. They have basic amenities like security and 24x7 water supply. The only minor issue is the road leading to the society is a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather. But overall, I'm happy with my decision.
