The project was scheduled for completion in December 2022, and it is still under construction, which is a slight concern. The parking situation might become a bit tight once more residents move in, based on the current layout.

It's also a Gated Community with 24x7 CCTV Surveillance for safety. The nearby Health1 Super Speciality Hospital is another plus. The Ahmedabad-Zalod Highway is easily accessible. The only downside is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is expected at this stage.
