We were renting in Nashik for yeaand decided to finally buy. Shree Yashashree Hari offered a 2 BHK in the 815-850 square feet range. The price of 24.5 Lakh felt a bit high compared to some other options, but the flat layout is practical. The 24x7 security and the dedicated car parking were important for us. The area is developing, and it’s close to Pathardi Ambad Road. The main drawback is the lack of readily available OC documents, which makes things slightly uncertain for future resale or loans, although the building is older. Still, it is ready to move in, which was a priority.

We were looking for something ready to move in Nashik and found Shree Yashashree Hari. The 610 square feet 1 BHK is a good size for us. It's priced around 18.3 Lakh which fit our budget perfectly. The location in MIDC Ambad is decent, close enough to the main roads for commuting. We liked the jogging track and the children's play area. Security is also 24x7 which is important. The only slight issue is that parking can get a little crowded during peak hou, but it’s manageable. Overall, it seems like a good investment for a fit home.
