    I was looking for a decent place in Nashik that wasn't too far from work. Shree Pradnya seemed like a good option. The 1 BHK apartments are around 670 to 770 square feet carpet area, which is quite spacious for one peon. The price was also within my budget, around 21.11 Lakh to 28.35 Lakh. It's ready to move which was a big plus for me. The location in MIDC Ambad is okay, but traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houheading towards the highway. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance give me peace of mind when I am away.
