Shree Venkatesh Pleasant is a short distance Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, which is incredibly convenient. The 2 BHK apartments are about 1537 to 1640 square feet, which should be sufficient for my needs. The area around Karve Road-Erandwane is well-connected and seems like a good neighbourhood. The project is under construction and has an expected completion date of September 2026. I am a bit concerned about the traffic on Karve Road during peak hou, but the convenience of the hospital being so close outweighs that for now. The price is substantial, starting at 4.37 Crore, but acceptable for the location.
