Our family recently moved into Sadanand Condominium. We chose this project primarily because of its proximity to schools. Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School and Jr. College is extremely close, just a nearby walk, which is perfect for our children. The 2 BHK configuration offea comfortable living space, and the carpet area of 9600 Sq.ft is more than enough for us. The Rajendra Chaphalkar development is well-connected, with Karve Road and Paud Road easily accessible, and the Nal Stop Metro Station is also very near at nearby. We appreciate the 24X7 water supply and the rainwater harvesting system. One thing we are noticing is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we are hopeful that will subside once everything is fully completed. Overall, it’s a good community.

We decided on Sadanand Condominium for our retirement home. The location in Erandwane is peaceful and well-connected. It’s close to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, which is a comfort for us, and also not too far from Deccan Gymkhana. The 2 BHK flat is spacious enough for our needs, with a carpet area of 9600 Sq.ft. Having essential amenities like 24X7 water supply and solid waste management is important for us. The project by Rajendra Chaphalkar is ready to move in. While the price of 1.68 Crore onwards is what we had budgeted for, the lack of an Occupancy Certificate (OC) being available yet is a point of slight concern for us as retired individuals who prefer everything to be in order before moving. We are also hoping the noise levels from Karve Road are manageable.

The solid waste management and disposal system is a good environmental feature. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on Karve Road during peak houthough.

However, the absence of readily available bank tie-ups for loans might add a slight complication for some buyeAlso, the parking situation, being closed car parking, might be tight if one has multiple vehicles.
