I inspected a 3 BHK unit, which had a carpet area of 898 Sq.ft. The Vastu compliant design is a thoughtful touch. The project was completed in December 2022, and it’s ready to move in. The gymnasium is a good amenity for residents. Parking is available as closed car parking. However, I noticed the traffic on the main road near Nana Chiloda can get quite heavy during office peak hou, which might be a concern for daily commuting. The landscaping looks neat though.

The lift(s) are always working, which is convenient. The only drawback is the distance to Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals, which is nearby in Naroda. Also, the close to Naroda Gam Bus Stop means public transport isn't super close. But for school runs, it's perfect.

My only slight worry is the car parking situation; while it is closed car parking, the space can feel a bit congested if you have a larger vehicle.
