I needed a place close to work and Shree Sonigara Sunview in Pimpri Chinchwad seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK carpet area is around 637 sq.ft which is comfortable for one peon. I liked that it has 24x7 water supply and also rainwater harvesting, which shows they are thinking about sustainability. The PCMC Metro Station is nearby, making commuting very easy. Construction is still ongoing and completion is expected in June 2026. So far, the developer Shree Sonigara Realities seems to be on track. The only small issue is that the street lighting within the complex could be a bit brighter.
