I chose a smaller plot, about 1076 Sq.ft, as a starting point for my investment. The developer, SAVITA VIHAR HAR AR R, has mentioned amenities like solid waste management and storm water drains, which are essential. It’s close to National Highway 11, so access is not too bad. However, the narrow lane to get to the site, called Patholi Pathouli, can be a bit of a hassle during peak houwith traffic. Otherwise, it feels like a solid choice for a fit-time property buyer.
