I bought a 3 BHK flat in Landmark City by Rainbow Infra Housing Pvt Ltd primarily as an investment. The area in Pathauli Village is seeing some development, and I believe rental demand could increase. The flat size is 925 Sq.ft built up and the price was 43 Lakhs. It’s ready to move, which is a bonus. I liked that the project offebasic facilities and has CCTV surveillance. The nearby Shastripuram Area is also a plus. My main concern is the connectivity to the main city and access roads; it can get a bit congested during peak hou, and the approach road might be an issue for some. Overall, it feels like a decent bet for the price.

We needed more space than our rental offered, so we looked at Landmark City. We chose a 3 BHK that is 1350 Sq.ft built up, costing 83.2 Lakhs. The community has good amenities like a jogging track and a yoga area. It is a gated community with CCTV surveillance, which adds to the feeling of safety. The location in Pathauli Village is okay, not too far from Nidhi Eye And Multispeciality Hospital. One issue we are facing is that the parking area feels a bit cramped, especially if you have guests. Also, the dust from the surrounding undeveloped land can be a problem sometimes. Otherwise, the space inside the flat is good.

After retiring, I wanted a quiet place with good greenery. Landmark City offered that with its landscaping and tree planting. It's a gated community, which is important for peace of mind. I looked at the 3 BHK flats, around 1100 Sq.ft built up. The price was about 60 Lakhs. Having a temple within the premises is a nice touch. The jogging track is also good for my daily walks. The connectivity to the Jaipur Highway is decent at nearby. While it's ready to move, I am a bit concerned about the maintenance charges that might come up later. Otherwise, the amenities seem sufficient for a comfortable retired life.

It's reassuring that GD Goenka Public School Agra is nearby, making school runs manageable. The only thing I found a bit concerning was the noise from the ongoing construction in nearby plots. Also, the water supply reliability needs to be consistently good.
