We moved into Shree Sky Eleven about six months ago. The 3100 square foot 4 BHK apartment is quite spacious for our family, and we appreciate the 24/7 water supply, which is reliable. The location in Thaltej, opposite Zebar School, is convenient for errands and has decent connectivity to the main areas of Ahmedabad. The entrance lobby feels quite welcoming when guests arrive. While the construction is complete and it is ready to move in, I do wish the developer had provided more details about the OC received, as that's a bit concerning for future resale value. Overall, it's a peaceful place to live, and we are settling in well.

It's a large space, and the fact that it's ready to move in made the process much simpler for a fit-time buyer like me. The price was around 2.02 Crore, which was at the top end of my budget, but the size and location in Thaltej, close to Zebar School, were appealing. Shree Developehas provided basic amenities like lifts and a fire fighting system. My main worry is the parking situation; it feels a bit congested if you have more than one vehicle.
