We decided to invest in Shree Siddheshwar Hamilton because the Nyalkaran Group has a good track record. The location in Bhayli is developing, and we bought a 4 BHK apartment around 1577 sq.ft. The price was within our budget at about 84.98 Lakh. They mentioned features like dual elevatoand an earthquake-resistant structure, which are important for us. We are expecting completion by May 2028. The amenities like the gym and library are a nice addition for when we visit. The main road access seems good too, being right opposite D-Mart Mall.

I chose Shree Siddheshwar Hamilton mainly for its location in Bhayli, which is quite convenient. Being opposite a mall is a definite plus. I picked a 4 BHK apartment, which felt a bit large, but the size around 1527 sq.ft is decent. The price of 80 Lakh was manageable. However, the traffic on Vasna - Bhayli Main Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for my daily commute. The builder, Nyalkaran Group, has promised completion by May 2028. The inclusion of a library and CCTV surveillance provides some peace of mind.
