Having retired, I wanted a comfortable and well-equipped place to settle down, and Shree Shreenath Avenue fit the bill. I acquired a 3 BHK apartment, around 1000 sq.ft carpet area. It’s ready for immediate occupancy. The amenities provided by Shree Ganesh Infra, such as the senior citizen siteout and the gymnasium, are excellent and cater to my lifestyle. The location near the Swaminarayan temple is serene. The nearby BAPS Hospital is also a significant advantage. While the project is generally well-maintained, the roads around the development can get quite busy during specific times, which is a minor inconvenience for accessing the main highway quickly.

Shree Shreenath Avenue is a decent project in Bhayli. I invested in a 3 BHK apartment here which has a carpet area of around 1100 sq.ft. It's ready to move in, which suited my investment strategy. The developer, Shree Ganesh Infra, has included a good range of amenities like a gymnasium, indoor games, and a multipurpose hall. The proximity to schools and hospitals is a definite plus. The landscaping and compound wall give it a secure feel. However, being near the temple and school means there can be some noise on festival days or during school pick-up and drop-off times. It’s something to consider if you prefer absolute quiet.

I bought a 945 sq.ft apartment in Shree Shreenath Avenue. It's ready to move which was a big plus for me. The location in Bhayli is quite convenient, especially since I work in the IT area and the travel time is manageable. The developer, Shree Ganesh Infra, seems to have decent amenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which are important for my daily routine. The apartment size is adequate for a single peon. My only minor issue is that the approach road can get a bit dusty during construction season, which is common in many developing areas. Overall, it’s a good place to live.

I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Shree Shreenath Avenue a couple of yeaago. It is a residential project by Shree Ganesh Infra in Bhayli, Vadodara. The project was completed around June 2016 and is ready to move. The amenities like the children's play area and senior citizen siteout are well-maintained. The location near the Swaminarayan temple is peaceful. The carpet area is spacious, with options ranging from 945 to 1335 sq.ft. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak office hou, which can sometimes make commuting a bit slow. However, for daily living, the connectivity is good.

We decided to upgrade from our rental place and chose Shree Shreenath Avenue. We opted for a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 1250 sq.ft. It is a ready-to-move project by Shree Ganesh Infra. The project offea club house, swimming pool, and indoor games which are great for family entertainment. The location in Bhayli is good, close to VIBGYOR High School, which is very convenient for our children. The construction quality seems solid. One thing we are a bit concerned about is the water pressure on the higher floo, especially during summer evenings. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something we hope Shree Ganesh Infra addresses.

We were looking for a ready-to-move-in property and Shree Shreenath Avenue caught our eye. We booked a 1335 sq.ft apartment. The club house and swimming pool are great for weekend relaxation. Being close to IIRA International School and BAPS Hospital is very convenient for us. Shree Ganesh Infra has provided a good setup. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, but the apartment size and the amenities justified it. The only drawback we've noticed is that parking can be a little tight during peak houwhen many residents are returning home. Other than that, we are quite happy with the space and the location.
