    I visited Shree Sai Paras Dahan last week to check out the property for a client. The building is located in Balitha which is quite a calm area near the Sidhnath Mahadev Mandir. Since it is a ready to move project by Shree Sai Shakti Develope, it saves the hassle of waiting for completion. I checked the 2 BHK unit which comes in around 575 square feet to 646 square feet of built up area. The construction quality looks decent enough for the price point. One minor observation is that the parking area feels a little bit tight for larger caHowever, having CCTV surveillance operational round the clock is a good safety feature for residents living here. It seems like a solid choice for someone looking for immediate possession in Vapi without any hidden project delays.

The 1 BHK flats are around 436 square feet which I find quite reasonable for a rental property investment. Shree Sai Shakti Developehave ensured the building is ready to move which saved me a lot of time. The connectivity to the Vapi Bus Stop is also fairly manageable at about 3.3 kilometeHonestly, the only thing I find a bit inconvenient is the lack of a proper covered parking shed for all visito, but that is a minor trade-off for the good location.

It was a relief to move into a finished building by Shree Sai Shakti Developesince we did not have to wait until June 2024 for completion. We bought a 2 BHK which is about 600 square feet and it fits our furniture perfectly. The nearby Haria L G Rotary Hospital gives us a lot of comfort knowing medical help is close by. We also liked that the project features rain water harvesting to help with utility management. The building feels safe because of the 24x7 CCTV surveillance. We have been living here for a few weeks now and the atmosphere is quite friendly. It is definitely an upgrade from our old rental house.
