St. Francis' Secondary & Higher Secondary School is extremely close, practically next door, which is fantastic for our children. The 4 BHK apartments look promising for our growing family. Sky Infra is the developer, and they have a project completion date of December 2030. The Vapi Bus Stop is a bit of a distance at nearby, which might be inconvenient for longer journeys. Also, since it is under construction, there is quite a bit of noise from the site during the day. We are weighing the pros and cons carefully.
