The location is a bit far from the main city, with Ramwadi Metro Station nearby, but the roads are decent.

  I analyzed several projects before investing in Shree Sai Hills Phase II. The developer, Shree Sai Hills, has a decent track record. The project is ready to move, with completion in June 2021. I purchased a 1 BHK flat with a carpet area of approximately 440 sq.ft for around 30 Lakhs. The area around Kesnand is developing, offering good potential for appreciation. The inclusion of garbage disposal and rainwater harvesting shows some environmental consciousness. While OC received is not available, the project seems structurally sound from external inspection.
