We bought a 2 BHK flat, around 4400 square feet built-up area, for 42 Lakh. The children's play area within the project is a great bonus for them. The project is ready to move, which was a priority for us. One minor issue is that the parking spaces seem a little tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. However, the overall security with 24x7 CCTV and the clubhouse make up for it.
