We liked the 1305 square feet 2 BHK we saw. It felt much bigger than our current place. The location is decent, though Naroda Gam Bus Stop is a bit far at nearby. We were impressed by the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the complex look very green. The price for the 2 BHK was around 58.79 Lakh, which is reasonable for Ahmedabad. However, the construction dust from nearby ongoing work was a bit concerning during our visit. We hope that gets cleared up soon. The internal roads and footpaths look well done.
