It’s compact but perfect for us right now. Shree Pahwa Shree Royal was ready to move in, and we were impressed with the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and video door security features. The price was around 40.45 lakh, which felt reasonable for the location and amenities. The developer, Shree Pahwa Construction, has completed the project back in 2013. Sometimes the road leading to the project can feel a bit narrow, especially if you have guests visiting.
