We decided on a 3 BHK at Rama Metro Life Maxima Residences for our growing family. The carpet area is substantial, giving us plenty of space. The price is around 95 Lakhs, which is a significant investment, but the location in Tathawade offegood connectivity. It's close to the Mumbai Pune Expressway and the Western Express Highway is a short distance. We saw the plans for the cricket pitch and skating rink, which my kids are very excited about. The project is still under construction, so we are anticipating the September 2019 completion date.

The 3 BHK configurations are quite large, though the carpet areas listed as 9581000 Sq.ft to 9593000 Sq.ft seem like a typo, probably meant to be around 958 to 959 sq ft. The price of 95 Lakhs for the larger flat is at the higher end of my budget. However, the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are attractive.
