I recently purchased a 1 BHK flat in Shree Pahvanath Enclave. The carpet area is 253 sq.ft, which is manageable for a single peon. I picked this project because it's ready to move and the completion date was January 2023. The proximity to Ram Nagar Metro Station, nearby, makes my commute easy. The location in Krishnapuri, Sodala is quite convenient for accessing daily necessities. One minor concern is that the parking area might feel a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle, but it hasn't been a major problem for me so far. Pahvanath Infra Project has provided a decent living space.

We just moved into our 2 BHK at Shree Pahvanath Enclave last month. The carpet area is around 511 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us two. It's really convenient that Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospital, Jaipur is only nearby, and the metro is also quite close at close to Ram Nagar Metro Station. The location in Sodala, Krishnapuri is pretty central. My only small issue is that the road leading to the building can get a little dusty during construction hou, but overall we are happy with the space and the developer, Pahvanath Infra Project, seems reliable.

I was looking for something ready to move, and this project fit the bill with its January 2023 completion. It is located in Sodala, Krishnapuri, which is a developing area in Jaipur. The proximity to the metro station and a hospital like Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospital, Jaipur (1.5 KM) were key factofor me. The developer, Pahvanath Infra Project, seems to have a good track record. The building looks structurally sound. I feel good about this investment.

Subodh Public School is just under 1 kilometer away, which is perfect for the kids. Being ready to move in was a huge plus for us, and we completed our purchase in January 2023. The connectivity to Ajmer road is also a big advantage. The only thing that botheme slightly is the traffic noise sometimes, as it is close to main roads, but we are adjusting. Pahvanath Infra Project has delivered a solid home.

The size is substantial, with carpet areas between 739 sq.ft and 768 sq.ft, offering flexibility. Its location in Krishnapuri, Sodala provides good access to the main Ajmer road. We appreciated that the property was ready to move in by January 2023. The nearby Subodh Public School (0.88 KM) and the general development in the area are positive signs. My only concern is the limited availability of immediate amenities within the enclave itself, but the surrounding locality compensates for it. Pahvanath Infra Project has built a solid structure.
