Finally moving out of our rental place! We chose DLB Square because we needed something ready to move in, and this 1 BHK flat was perfect. It's 627 square feet, which feels much bigger than our current rented place. The location in Sodala is great, very close to Ram Nagar Metro Station which is nearby, so my commute is sorted. My husband also likes that Subodh Public School is nearby for our daughter. The only downside is the traffic can get a bit heavy on New Sanganer Road during peak hou, but that's common everywhere in Jaipur. DLB Limited delivered this project back in 2013, so it's an older building but well-maintained.

The flat size is 627 square feet built up, which feels adequate for a single peon. DLB Limited finished this project in 2013, so it is ready to move in. The area around New Sanganer Road can get quite dusty sometimes, especially during construction phases nearby, which is a bit of a concern. However, being ready to move was a major factor for me. I am hoping the neighborhood settles down soon.
